Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist zuständig für die zukunftsorientierte Beurteilung der Unternehmensrisiken und Entwicklungspotenziale unserer Kunden.
  • Du bereitest Kreditentscheidungen vor bzw. entscheiden selbst im Rahmen der eigenen Kompetenzen.
  • Du analysierst und beurteilst die wirtschaftlichen Unterlagen (Jahresabschlüsse, betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen, Plan- und Investitionsrechnungen etc.) unter Berücksichtigung der markt- und branchenspezifischen Risiken.
  • Als Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Geschäftspartner betreust Du die laufenden Engagements in der Zentralregulierung.
  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört ebenso die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Intensivengagements und deren Überwachung.

Wir benötigen

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine Bankausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Bankfachwirt/-betriebswirt bzw. vergleichbar.
  • Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Bilanzanalyse und Risikobeurteilung bei der Kreditvergabe an mittelständische Firmenkunden sammeln und ein fundiertes Fachwissen aufbauen.
  • Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Risikobewusstsein als auch eine eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit.
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team, besitzt eine hohe Kundenorientierung und ein souveränes und freundliches Auftreten.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich auf Deutsch und idealerweise gut auf Englisch.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office runden Dein Profil ab.
