Aufgabenbereich

  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb unserer Factoring-Produkte in der Vertriebsregion Bayern und Baden-Württemberg
  • Du lernst den Auf- und Ausbau des regionalen Vermittlernetzwerks aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Du unterstützt unsere Factoring-Neukundengewinnung und begleitest den gesamten Akquise-Prozess bis zur Erstauszahlung mit
  • Du beobachtest den Markt und entwickelst Vertriebsideen und -wege gemeinsam im Team
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung Vertrieb und den angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt in Vertriebsprojekten

Wir benötigen

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, alternativ eine entsprechende Weiterbildung und besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B
  • Du bringst betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse, analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse am Vertrieb von Finanzprodukten mit
  • Du kommunizierst in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (Sprachlevel mindestens C1), gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke, hoher Motivation und Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zielorientiert und gern im Team
