The posting

  • Operating the baby roller to compact asphalt, soil, and other materials on construction sites.
  • Ensuring the roller is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborating with site supervisors and other team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating baby rollers or similar equipment, a strong understanding of construction site safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.
