The posting

Hiring: Electrical Technician / Electrician

Salary: 3,995

Rotation: 90/30

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in generators, lighting systems, and plant equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and replace electrical wiring, conduits, panels, breakers, relays, contactors, timers, switches, and receptacles.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and identify corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations and systems.
  • Use testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Maintain service records, maintenance logs, permits, and risk assessment documentation.
  • Ensure all tools and testing equipment are certified and fit for use.
  • Follow ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and waste management requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Vocational Certificate in Electrical Discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Proficient in using electrical testing instruments (Multimeter, Clamp Meter).
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
