The Finance Transformation Manager will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Billing, Operations, and external implementation partners in a highly visible and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive and support Finance Transformation initiatives focused on ERP modernization, process improvement, and operational scalability
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Operations teams to analyze current state processes and help define future state workflows
  • Coordinate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, user readiness, training support, and adoption efforts across Finance and G&A teams
  • Facilitate and participate in testing activities including business validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and readiness assessments
  • Help ensure finance process requirements are clearly documented, aligned with business objectives, and incorporated into implementation activities
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and cross functional teams to support successful ERP transformation delivery
  • Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities within finance workflows and help drive resolution plans
  • Track and manage issues, dependencies, risks, and action items across ongoing transformation initiatives
  • Help establish and reinforce operational standards, process consistency, governance practices, and support documentation across finance workflows
  • Contribute to organizational readiness and transition activities related to new systems and processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP initiatives, business process improvement, or related finance operations roles
  • Experience participating in or supporting ERP or finance transformation projects in a business, operations, or systems capacity
  • Familiarity with finance operational processes, particularly within Order-to-Cash (OTC), billing, invoicing, or related workflows
  • Experience with business process documentation, testing coordination, or change management initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow through across cross functional teams
  • Ability to balance process rigor and operational discipline with practical business needs
  • Highly detail oriented with the ability to operate effectively in accuracy critical environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology teams

Domain Knowledge

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of finance business processes such as Order-to-Cash, billing, invoicing, collections, payments, or revenue operations
  • Awareness of process governance, operational controls, and enterprise system implementation activities
  • Ability to understand business workflows and translate operational needs into actionable process improvements

Ways of Working

  • Collaborative and effective in cross functional environments
  • Organized, proactive, and execution focused
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Highly disciplined in documentation, follow through, and operational execution
  • Hands on and willing to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution responsibilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and scalable processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting OTC transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or similar ERP platforms
  • Experience working with external implementation partners or consulting teams
  • Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or hardware related business models
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
