Job Description

Albemarle está contratando un/a Gestor/a de Optimización de Cadena de Suministro en Planta La Negra, Antofagasta.

El rol es responsable de coordinar, impulsar y supervisar la ejecución de iniciativas de optimización y mejora continua en las operaciones de Supply Chain de la región, trabajando en conjunto con las áreas operacionales para identificar oportunidades, implementar soluciones y asegurar la estandarización de procesos que contribuyan a mejorar la seguridad, eficiencia, productividad y cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

Lo que harás

  • Analizar e identificar brechas y oportunidades mediante el análisis de datos, indicadores, brenchmarking y mapeo de procesos de abastecimiento, compras, transporte y logística, esto mediante detectar oportunidades de mejora que aumenten la eficiencia, seguridad, nivel de servicio y productividad.
  • Desarrollar iniciativas, metodologías, estándares y soluciones de optimización alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio, con el foco en iniciativas de ahorro y reducción de costos.
  • Controlar proyectos concurrentes (Estrategia de aprovisionamiento/conversión/gestión) desde la Puerta 1 (Inicio) hasta la Puerta 5 (Implementación), cumpliendo con los indicadores clave de desempeño en cuanto a puntualidad, cumplimiento de casos y ahorros netos o beneficios.
  • Desarrollar los cronogramas de los proyectos, abordar los desafíos técnicos y de recursos y garantizar que se desarrollen y se impulsen perfiles de riesgo y planes de mitigación para cada proyecto.
  • Coordinar y articular actividades con las distintas áreas operacionales y empresas colaboradoras, participando en instancias de seguimiento y mejora continua, comunicando avances, riesgos y oportunidades de las iniciativas en desarrollo, y promoviendo buenas prácticas que fortalezcan la cultura de mejora continua en la organización.

Lo que traes

Obligatorio:

  • Ingeniería Administración de Empresas, Industrial, Logística o carrera afín.
  • Se valorará formación complementaria en operaciones, logística, Supply Chain, mantenimiento, excelencia operacional o mejora continua.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia específica en el cargo.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado
