Job Description

Albemarle está contratando un/a Jefe/a de Turno en Planta La Negra, Antofagasta.

El rol es responsable de dirigir y organizar las actividades y operaciones de las plantas, junto con controlar y monitorear los procesos, cumpliendo con los objetivos de producción, con eficiencia y nivel de calidad de producto requerido.

Lo que harás

  • Planear organizar y controlar la ejecución de los programas de producción y envasado de productos de las plantas en forma eficaz y eficiente.
  • Supervisar capacitar y evaluar personal a cargo monitoreando la realización de las tareas asignadas acorde a las normas y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Evaluar y registrar los parámetros y variables de los procesos y etapas de las plantas para asegurar una producción según especificaciones de los clientes.
  • Inspeccionar en forma regular el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos estacionarios y móviles de las plantas.
  • Coordinar y solicitar las mantenciones preventivas y/o correctivas para equipos e instalaciones.

Lo que traes

Obligatorio:

  • Ingeniero Ejecución o Civil Químico o carrera Afín
  • Manejo operativo en SAP (deseable) y Excel (nivel avanzado).
  • Conocimientos avanzados en química aplicados a los procesos productivos de la planta.
  • Licencia de Conducir Clase B.
  • 5 a 10 años de experiencia específica en el cargo.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio
