The posting

JOB PURPOSE

  • Lead Aldar’s international sales efforts in new and emerging markets
  • Build and manage a high-performing international sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding Aldar’s footprint across targeted geographies.
  • Develop and implement market-entry and growth strategies for international territories in alignment with the overall Commercial strategy

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for new markets
  • Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the international team.
  • Identify market-entry opportunities across targeted geographies and develop actionable entry strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand in international territories.
  • Represent Aldar at international property exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of international sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across all sales activities.

Client & Partner Management

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners in international markets.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience across the international sales process.
  • Collaborate with broker management to activate and support international broker channels.
  • Work with commercial teams to align sales approaches and product positioning.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Min 10+ years in international real estate sales generating 2-4Bn AED per annum. Proven track record in managing international sales operations across multiple geographies. Experience with MENA/GCC or international markets a strong advantage.
  • Min 3+ years managing international sales teams of 10-20 professionals.
  • Filed of experience: Real Estate / Developer – International markets; GCC and MENA experience essential.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Deep knowledge of GCC and international real estate markets including new/emerging markets.
  • Strong sales leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute market-entry strategies in new geographies.
  • Strong communication and networking skills; multilingual capability advantageous.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics. MBA preferred but not required.
