Brindar apoyo a las referentes de cuidado en el desempeño de su rol con los/as niños, niñas y adolescentes, acompañando el cuidado de forma personalizada e integral.

Apoyar la dinámica de los núcleos de convivencia en las rutinas, así como los diversos espacios, desde lo lúdico, recreativo y pedagógico; siendo referente afectivo/a y de seguridad, contribuyendo al acompañamiento de los procesos de autonomía progresiva.

Contribuir en las actividades diarias de educación, salud, recreación, entre otros.

Apoyar a las Referentes de cuidado en las tareas cotidianas de las casas y o cubrirlas cuando así sea requerido.

Requisitos

Se valorará Escolaridad según requerimiento de INAU.

Se valorará formación

Contar con flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana.
