Deine Rolle

Als Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d) entwickelst Du moderne technische Dokumentationen für Softwareprodukte und digitale Lösungen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern, Fachspezialisten und internationalen Projektteams zusammen.

Du analysierst komplexe technische Sachverhalte und bereitest diese zielgruppengerecht, strukturiert und verständlich auf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen für Softwareprodukte
  • Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer technischer Inhalte
  • Abstimmung mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams
  • Erstellung modularer und wiederverwendbarer Inhalte in XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen
  • Anwendung topic-basierter Dokumentationsmethoden
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationsstandards, Prozessen und Informationsarchitekturen

Das bringst du mit

Fachlich

  • Studium der Technischen Redaktion, Technischen Kommunikation, Übersetzung, Sprachwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Technischen Dokumentation, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld
  • Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Erfahrung mit strukturiertem bzw. topic-basiertem Schreiben
  • Interesse an Informationsarchitektur und Content Reuse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1 oder vergleichbar) in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
