Deine Aufgaben – abwechslungsreich & verantwortungsvoll

  • Durchführung technischer Trainings für Schienenfahrzeuge, Systeme und Komponenten in der gesamten DACH-Region
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte für moderne, verständliche Schulungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung eigener Trainingsmaterialien – von Präsentationen bis zu praxisnahen Übungen
  • Je nach Projekt: Mitarbeit an technischen Dokumentationen und Unterlagen

Dein Profil – das bringst du mit

  • Techniker, Werkstattmeister oder ausgebildeter Handwerker – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Service-Software
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln und mit Menschen zu arbeiten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Training oder in der Erwachsenenbildung ist ein Plus
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Normen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
