Vad rollen innebär

Som teknikinformatör på Aleido arbetar du nära avancerad teknik och hjälper till att göra komplexa produkter och system begripliga, användbara och lättillgängliga. Du sätter dig in i tekniken, hämtar in information från våra kunder och omsätter den till tydlig och målgruppsanpassad dokumentation.

Beroende på uppdrag kan du exempelvis arbeta med produktinformation eller information som stöttar användning, service och underhåll genom produktens livscykel.

Vi arbetar med kunder inom flera tekniska branscher, bland annat:

  • Försvar – produkt- och systeminformation för komplexa försvarslösningar.
  • Fordon – teknisk information för avancerade fordon och system.
  • Industri – dokumentation för maskiner, produkter och tekniska lösningar.

I rollen som teknikinformatör kommer du att:

  • Sätta dig in i och förstå komplex teknik, exempelvis avancerade fordon, maskiner och tekniska system.
  • Samarbeta nära våra kunder och deras R&D-organisationer för att samla in, förstå och kvalitetssäkra teknisk information.
  • Skapa, strukturera och förvalta teknisk information genom hela produktens livscykel.
  • Anpassa språk, struktur och innehåll efter målgruppen för att skapa tydlig och användarvänlig information.
  • Omvandla tekniskt komplex information till innehåll som är enkelt att ta till sig och använda i praktiken.

Vi söker dig som har

  • En teknisk bakgrund från studier eller arbetsliv och vill kombinera dina tekniska kunskaper med din kommunikativa och pedagogiska förmåga.
  • Ett genuint intresse för teknik och en nyfikenhet på hur tekniska produkter och system fungerar.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig tydligt och professionellt i både tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
  • Förmåga att ta till dig, strukturera och förenkla komplex teknisk information och anpassa den efter olika målgrupper.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, ta initiativ och driva ditt arbete framåt.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med eftermarknadsinformation eller teknisk dokumentation.
  • Erfarenhet av produktinformation inom försvarsindustrin.
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis fordonsteknik, diagnostik, maskinteknik eller mekatronik.
  • Kunskap om topic-baserat skrivande och XML.
  • Erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen.

Vi söker dig som är engagerad, driven och nyfiken och som trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer och tycker om att samarbeta med olika människor, samtidigt som du tar ansvar för att självständigt driva dina uppgifter framåt.

Vi ser också att du är pedagogisk och har en naturlig förmåga att göra komplex information tydlig och lätt att förstå. Vidare värdesätts ramför allt din nyfikenhet, ditt engagemang och din vilja att lära dig, både om ny teknik och om våra kunders produkter och verksamheter.
