aleno entwickelt innovative Software für Gastronomie und Hotellerie. Restaurants und Hotels in ganz Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz organisieren mit unserer Lösung Reservierungen, Tischplanung, Gästedaten und Prozesse an einem Ort, smart, effizient und auf ihre Abläufe zugeschnitten. So bleibt mehr Zeit für das, was wirklich zählt: ihre Gäste. Als Werkstudent:in im Marketing sorgst du dafür, dass noch mehr Gastgeber:innen von aleno erfahren und verstehen, wie wir ihren Alltag leichter machen. Deine Ideen landen dabei nicht in der Schublade, sondern direkt bei unseren Kund:innen.

Deine Rolle

Bei uns arbeitest du projektbasiert statt nach Schema F. Statt Aufgaben einfach abzuarbeiten, unterstützt du bei Projekten und begleitest sie in unterschiedlichen Phasen von der Idee bis zum Ergebnis und bekommst so echte Einblicke, wie Marketing in einem wachsenden SaaS Unternehmen funktioniert.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du bist aktuell im Bachelor oder Master eingeschrieben, in Marketing, Kommunikation oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, etwa durch ein Praktikum, einen Nebenjob oder eigene Projekte, sind ein großes Plus.
  • Du schreibst gerne und gut, auf Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sicher auf Englisch.
  • Du hast Lust, gelegentlich zu Messen zu reisen und aleno vor Ort zu vertreten.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und packst gerne mit an.
  • Ein Herz für Gastronomie und Hospitality freut uns besonders.
