Deine Aufgaben

Data und AI sind Dein zu Hause? Des Weiteren gestaltet sich Deine neue Herausforderung wie folgt:

  • Du gestaltest und leitest zielstrebig herausfordernde Data Science Projekte mit klarem Business Fokus in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Du erkennst routiniert die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden
  • Du konzeptionierst und entwickelst effektive, datengetriebene Lösungen und begleitest die Inbetriebnahme
  • Aus den Datensätzen Deiner Kunden extrahierst Du die relevanten und entscheidenden Daten
  • Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen durch moderne Methoden aus den Bereichen Statistik, Machine Learning, mathematischer Optimierung und Visual Analytics
  • Deine Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse kommunizierst Du erfolgreich an Deine Kunden
  • Du begleitest die umfassende Implementierung Deiner Idee zusammen mit dem Data Engineering Team
  • Als Fachexpert:in nimmst Du regelmäßig an Kundenterminen und gelegentlich an externen Veranstaltungen teil

Dein Profil

Daten sind auch in ​Deiner DNA? Das solltest ​Du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Informatik, Chemie, Physik, Statistik, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit starkem quantitativem Fokus
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vollzeit Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Data Science und AI Engineering, idealerweise in Consulting, IT-Dienstleistungen oder anderen kundenorientierten Rollen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Business Analytics, insbesondere bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Data Use Cases
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenmodellierung und -analyse und Kenntnisse der Softwareentwicklung
  • Expertise in gängigen Analytics-Toolboxen, insbesondere der Programmiersprache Python (und relevanter Bibliotheken), Visualisierungslösungen (wie Tableau/ PowerBI) sowie Datenbanken und Big Data Technologien
  • Branchenspezifische Kenntnisse für Retail und Consumer von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (AWS, Azure, DBX) und Datenplattformen (Snowflake, MS Fabric, DBX)
  • Du hast Freude an projektbezogener Arbeit, bist kundenorientiert und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- sowie Präsentationsstärke
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
