Wir suchen dich ab sofort als Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Railway & Logistic an einem unserer deutschen Standorte in München, Frankfurt am Main oder Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben

Data und AI gestalten unseren Alltag. Zu Deinen Herausforderungen zählen:

  • Vertriebliche Betreuung von Kunden aus der Railway & Logistik Industrie
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Kundenansprachen und Kampagnen
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Consulting Vorhaben beim Kunden
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Bearbeitung von Profil-Anfragen für Ausschreibungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs im Zuge des stetigen Unternehmenswachstums in einem innovativen und agilen Umfeld
  • Gestaltung, Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Analysen und Reports zum Status und der Entwicklung aktueller Staffing-Bedarfe und angefragter Skillprofile auf dem Markt
  • Kontrolle der wirtschaftlichen Aspekte rund um Umsätze, Margen und Preise

Dein Profil

Data ist in Deiner DNA? Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für IT Themen und Informatik
  • Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT Lösungen und professionellen Consulting-Services
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Railway & Logistik Industrie inklusive Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse und Akteure mit speziellem Fokus auf EVUs/EIUs
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Key Account Management & Account Development in der Railway & Logistik Industrie mit speziellem Fokus auf EVUs/EIUs
  • Erfahrung im Präsentieren von Pitches und moderieren von Kundenterminen sowie Workshops
  • Breites Netzwerk in der Transportation & Logistik Industrie mit speziellem Fokus auf EVUs/EIUs
  • Sehr gute Organisationsstärke in Verbindung mit Kundenorientierung und Beratungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Erfahrung mit EU-Ausschreibungen
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Einsatzbereitschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
