Ali Professional, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Middle Management, per conto di una realtà multinazionale operante nel settore industriale e caratterizzata da un forte orientamento all'innovazione tecnologica, ricerca un/una CONTROLLER da inserire all'interno della funzione Finance.

L'azienda opera in un contesto produttivo internazionale, sviluppando soluzioni tecnologiche per diversi mercati industriali. La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Finance, con riporto al Responsabile Controlling, contribuendo alle attività di controllo di gestione e analisi economico-finanziaria.

La posizione offre l'opportunità di ricoprire un ruolo trasversale e orientato al business partnering, collaborando con il Management e le diverse funzioni aziendali nell'analisi delle performance, nell'ottimizzazione dei processi e nel supporto alle decisioni di business.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Monitorare le performance economico-finanziarie attraverso l'analisi dei principali KPI e degli scostamenti rispetto a Budget, Forecast e periodi precedenti;
  • Gestire le chiusure gestionali mensili e predisporre la relativa reportistica economico-finanziaria, inclusi Conto Economico (P&L), Stato Patrimoniale e Cash Flow;
  • Predisporre e aggiornare la reportistica gestionale a supporto del Management, elaborando analisi utili al monitoraggio dei risultati aziendali;
  • Elaborare analisi di investimento, Payback e ROI a supporto della valutazione dei principali progetti aziendali;
  • Gestire le attività di contabilità industriale, aggiornando le tariffe produttive e collaborando con le funzioni Operations e Acquisti per monitorare l'andamento dei costi rispetto agli standard;
  • Analizzare i costi industriali e la marginalità, collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali per individuare scostamenti e opportunità di miglioramento;
  • Partecipare ai processi di Budget e Forecast, predisponendo analisi economico-finanziarie ad hoc;
  • Supportare la funzione Commerciale nelle attività di pricing e nelle analisi di redditività;
  • Utilizzare e contribuire allo sviluppo di strumenti di Business Intelligence e sistemi ERP, partecipando a progetti di miglioramento ed efficientamento dei processi di Controlling;
  • Collaborare con la funzione Group Controlling allo sviluppo e al consolidamento dei sistemi di monitoraggio delle performance a livello di Gruppo.

Requirements

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline economiche;
  • Esperienza di 3–5 anni in ambito Controllo di Gestione, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) o ruoli affini, preferibilmente maturata in aziende manifatturiere operanti nell'industria discreta;
  • Saranno valutate positivamente anche esperienze, seppur brevi, maturate presso società di revisione o primarie società di consulenza su tematiche economico-finanziarie;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi di Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting e analisi degli scostamenti;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e buona padronanza del pacchetto Office;
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP e/o strumenti di Business Intelligence;
  • La conoscenza di SAP costituirà titolo preferenziale;
  • Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata.

Spiccate capacità analitiche, autonomia e puntualità nella gestione delle attività, precisione e orientamento al problem solving.

Completano il profilo buone capacità relazionali, attitudine al lavoro in team e predisposizione al confronto con interlocutori appartenenti a diverse funzioni aziendali.

Benefits

  • Contratto: inserimento con CCNL Metalmeccanico, livello B2;
  • RAL: 40.000–45.000 euro, in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze maturate;
  • Sede di lavoro: Corsico (MI).
