🗒️ Principais Atividades

Você será responsável por liderar a área de Finanças da Clubbi, garantindo processos financeiros sólidos, reportes confiáveis e suporte estratégico para todas as áreas do negócio. O desafio é estruturar controles e processos que sustentem nosso crescimento e tragam cada vez mais eficiência e precisão às nossas operações.

- Ser o ponto focal da relação com nosso provedor contábil e garantir a precisão das demonstrações financeiras e fiscais. - Criar e aprimorar controles para o balanço patrimonial e DRE gerencial. - Implementar processos robustos de controle de estoques e contas a receber. - Conduzir o processo de planejamento estratégico da empresa e atividades de FP&A - Gerir o fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar e a receber, assegurando conciliações e governança financeira. - Liderar a implementação de um ERP

❗Requisitos de Habilidades e Experiência

- Ensino superior completo em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou Engenharia - Domínio em excel/google sheets; - +5 anos de experiência em Controladoria e/ou Contabilidade - Conhecimento sólido em práticas contábeis e familiaridade com processos de estoque e recebíveis. - Noções de legislação tributária brasileira, especialmente ICMS. - Passagem por FP&A e Tesouraria é um bônus - Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido (nossa sede fica em Duque de Caxias - RJ)
