La divisione Technical & Engineering di Ali Professional ricerca, per realtà multinazionale, leader nella distribuzione e assistenza di soluzioni tecnologiche per la pulizia professionale e industriale, un/una Field Service Coordinator

da inserire all'interno del dipartimento After Sales.

L'azienda opera in un contesto dinamico e strutturato, fortemente orientato alla qualità del servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente, offrendo soluzioni innovative e un'assistenza tecnica altamente specializzata.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestire l'organizzazione del team tecnico all'interno dell'officina
  • Coordinane gli interventi tecnici programmati e straordinari, garantendo elevati standard qualitativi.
  • Eseguire attività di diagnosi, manutenzione e riparazione su macchinari e attrezzature presso l'officina aziendale e presso i clienti.
  • Verificare il corretto funzionamento delle macchine e supportarne la messa in servizio.
  • Redigere report di intervento e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica tramite strumenti digitali e CRM.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico alla rete commerciale e ai clienti.

Requirements

  • Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo elettrico, elettronico, meccanico o affine.
  • Esperienza pregressa in attività di manutenzione, assistenza tecnica o riparazione di macchinari.
  • Capacità di gestione e coordinazione di un team, gestione delle priorità.
  • Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e conoscenze di elettrotecnica ed elettromeccanica.
  • Buona familiarità con strumenti informatici e applicativi digitali.
  • Disponibilità a occasionali trasferte sul territorio bergamasco quando necessario.

Benefits

Ral: € 30.000 - 45.000
