Als System Engineer mit Schwerpunkt auf AWS und IAM spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Cloud- und Identity-Lösungen, die exakt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind. Diese Rolle verbindet technisches Know-how mit Teamgeist – du arbeitest eng mit Kunden und Kolleg:innen in einer dynamischen, agilen Umgebung zusammen.   • Identity-Lösungen entwerfen: Entwickle und implementiere modernste IAM-Systeme mit Tools wie AWS Cognito, OKTA und anderen. Dein Fokus: Sicherheit, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis.
  • Cloud-Umgebungen aufbauen und optimieren: Erstelle und verbessere AWS-basierte Infrastrukturen, um Skalierbarkeit, Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit für unsere Kunden sicherzustellen.
  • An Kundenbedürfnisse anpassen: Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre sich verändernden Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte, wirkungsvolle Lösungen zu liefern.
  • Agile Praktiken leben: Kollaboriere in cross-funktionalen Teams, setze agile und DevOps-Prinzipien um und trage so zu Effizienz und Innovation bei.
  • Probleme proaktiv lösen: Identifiziere Herausforderungen frühzeitig und finde kreative, effektive Lösungen, die reibungslose Implementierungen und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse ermöglichen.

Dein Profil

  • IAM-Enthusiast: Du bringst Erfahrung mit Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen mit (idealerweise OKTA) und hast Lust, dein Wissen in diesem Bereich weiter zu vertiefen.
  • AWS-Spezialist: Du kennst dich bestens mit AWS-Services aus und setzt sie mit Begeisterung ein, um reale Herausforderungen zu lösen.
  • Agiles Mindset: Du fühlst dich in flexiblen, dynamischen Umgebungen wohl und bringst eine DevOps-Haltung mit, die von Zusammenarbeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit geprägt ist.
  • Proaktiver Problemlöser: Du erkennst Hindernisse frühzeitig und gehst sie mit kreativen, wirkungsvollen Ansätzen an, um Projekte auf Kurs zu halten.
  • Kundenorientierter Kommunikator: Mit deiner klaren, zugänglichen und empathischen Kommunikation baust du starke Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kolleg:innen auf.
