O Cumim é responsável por auxiliar o garçom e por cuidar do ambiente para fazer com que os clientes exigentes se sintam em casa. Atenção, agilidade e simpatia são fórmulas importantes para que este profissional se destaque. O Cumim ajuda o garçom a garantir que os clientes tenham uma boa experiência no restaurante. Ele é responsável por ajudar a manter o lugar limpo, organizado e garantir que os clientes recebam seus pedidos corretamente.

Rotina

  • Oferecer excelente serviço de atendimento para garantir satisfação do cliente;
  • Fazer a montagem e desmontagem do salão juntamente com o garçom;
  • Organizar os armários de apoio para a operação;
  • Servir pratos e bebidas;
  • Manter as mesas limpas e organizadas;
  • Cumprimentar e levar os clientes às suas mesas quando necessário;
  • Preparar as mesas colocando talheres, copos, molhos ou qualquer utensílio ou insumo de acordo com a necessidade de casa unidade alife;
  • Abastecer armários e centros de mesa com talheres, guardanapos, palitos de dentes, sal, açúcar e afins;
  • Trocar e monitorar as etiquetas de molhos e afins;
  • Limpar e sanitizar vidros e utensílios de mesa;
  • Servir os pedidos de alimentos e bebidas;
  • Conferir a limpeza e apresentação de pratos e talheres e comunicar quaisquer problemas;
  • Levar louça, copos e talheres sujos para serem limpos na cozinha/copa;
  • Seguir todas as normas pertinentes do ministério da saúde;
  • Proporcionar excelente atendimento aos clientes gerando uma ótima experiência.
  • Escolaridade: Não exigimos escolaridade;
  • Disponibilidade de horário.
