Missão Garantir o controle, organização e acuracidade do estoque da operação, assegurando o correto recebimento, armazenamento, conservação e movimentação de mercadorias, contribuindo para a redução de perdas, controle de custos e abastecimento eficiente da unidade.

Principais Responsabilidades

*Realizar o recebimento e conferência de mercadorias (alimentos, bebidas, descartáveis, materiais de limpeza), validando quantidade, qualidade, peso, validade, preço, temperatura e conformidade com os pedidos/romaneio realizados; *Realizar o recebimento e conferência de mercadorias, validando quantidade, qualidade, peso, validade, preço, temperatura e conformidade com as NF's; *Efetuar lançamentos e registros de entradas (NF's) no sistema de gestão de estoque via aceite das NF's; *Controlar e arquivar Notas Fiscais e documentos relacionados ao recebimento de mercadorias; *Organizar e armazenar produtos conforme local identificado e metodologia PVPS (Primeiro que Vence, Primeiro que Sai); *Manter estoque trancado, garantindo acesso apenas das pessoas autorizadas; *Controlar validade, perdas e avarias, garantindo correta segregação e descarte; *Disponibilizar requisição de retirada de mercadorias nos setores, para posterior movimentações de estoque; *Separar itens para produção conforme requisições de retiradas e metodologia PVPS; *Efetuar lançamentos e registros das movimentações de estoque conforme requisições no sistema de gestão de estoque; *Executar inventários semanais, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações de estoque; *Apoiar no controle de indicadores de estoque, como perdas, divergências (preço e quantidade), desperdícios e acuracidade entre estoque sistêmico e estoque físico; *Monitorar temperatura, armazenamento e conservação de alimentos, bebidas e insumos; *Garantir limpeza, organização e padronização do estoque, câmaras fria e resfriada, geladeiras e freezers; *Apoiar líderes e gestores com informações de estoque, abastecimento e necessidades de compras; *Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de armazenagem e controle de estoque; *Seguir normas de segurança alimentar, boas práticas de manipulação e procedimentos internos.

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior com estoque, almoxarifado ou controle de mercadorias;
  • Conhecimento básico em inventário e controle de estoque;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e Excel será um diferencial;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de urgência.
