Conduzir os processos do Brasil e desenhar as práticas de R&S da ODATA, que serão desdobradas de forma regional para México, Colômbia e Chile, em alinhamento com as diretrizes globais.

Procuramos alguém com experiência sólida em recrutamento, vivência com posições técnicas e de liderança e, principalmente, com vontade de construir e transformar em um dos mercados que mais crescem no mundo. A expansão da nuvem e da inteligência artificial está acelerando a demanda por data centers na América Latina, e trazer as pessoas certas para acompanhar esse ritmo é parte central do nosso crescimento.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenhar e evoluir os processos de recrutamento e seleção da ODATA, garantindo o desdobramento para a LATAM e o alinhamento às diretrizes globais (USA);
  • Conduzir os processos seletivos do Brasil de ponta a ponta, com entrevistas em todos os níveis;
  • Realizar hunting para posições críticas e de difícil preenchimento;
  • Estruturar e conduzir o recrutamento do Programa de Estágio, incluindo parcerias com universidades, eventos e etapas de seleção;
  • Atuar como parceiro(a) das lideranças na definição de perfis e na tomada de decisão;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento e propor melhorias e automações no processo;
  • Garantir uma boa experiência do candidato em todas as etapas.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida com R&S de ponta a ponta, incluindo posições técnicas e de liderança;
  • Experiência com desenho de processos de recrutamento e com programas de estágio;
  • Experiência com automação de processos;
  • Uso de ferramentas de IA no dia a dia de trabalho, ao menos em nível exploratório;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente.

Diferenciais:

  • Espanhol;
  • Atuação regional (LATAM) e/ou global;
  • Experiência com Workday.
