The posting

Alizés RH recrute pour l’un de ses clients, une exploitation agricole martiniquaise spécialisée dans la culture de la canne à sucre. Présente sur plusieurs sites du sud de l’île, elle poursuit son développement et souhaite accueillir de nouveaux talents pour renforcer ses équipes.

Le poste

Rattaché(e) à l’adjoint au directeur et au directeur de l’agriculture, vous participerez à la coordination et la supervision des activités.

Vos missions :

Coordination des activités de culture de la canne à sucre et d’élevage

  • Préparer techniquement les chantiers de récolte, de plantation et d’entretien
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des travaux planifiés par la hiérarchie
  • Ajuster les chantiers selon les conditions agro-climatiques et l’équipe en place
  • Repérer les particularités des parcelles (surface, topographie, état du sol) pour répartir les tâches
  • Contrôler l’avancement des travaux et suivre les indicateurs de performance
  • Réaliser un reporting journalier
  • Relever les non-conformités, incidents et accidents, mettre en place des solutions transitoires et alerter la hiérarchie
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de l’itinéraire technique de la canne à sucre et de la gestion des troupeaux

Animation des équipes

  • Favoriser la communication entre les membres de l’équipe
  • Encourager et guider les équipes sur le terrain
  • Évaluer votre travail et celui des équipes, et en rendre compte
  • Accueillir et former les nouveaux arrivants

Qualité, hygiène, sécurité

  • Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles de sécurité, dont le port des EPI
  • Faire respecter les normes, procédures et modes opératoires de l’entreprise
  • Signaler tout risque pour les personnes, les machines et les équipements

Profil

  • Formation CAP/BEP agricole
  • Certiphyto applicateur
  • Permis CACES : tracteur, pelle hydraulique, cane loader, récolteuse
  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience

Savoirs et savoir-faire requis

  • Connaissance des méthodes de traitements sanitaires, du matériel, des outils et des engins
  • Capacité à identifier les conditions agro-climatiques d’une exploitation
  • Rigueur, méthode, sens de l’observation, réactivité, sérieux, bon sens et sens de l’organisation
