Alizés RH recrute pour l’un de ses clients, une exploitation agricole martiniquaise spécialisée dans la culture de la canne à sucre. Présente sur plusieurs sites de l’île, elle poursuit son développement et souhaite accueillir de nouveaux talents pour renforcer ses équipes.

Le poste

Le(la) mécanicien(ne) d’engins agricoles est garant(e) du maintien en état de bon fonctionnement du parc agroéquipement. Vous entretenez, réparez et veillez au suivi des contrôles techniques des engins, véhicules, matériels et outils dédiés aux opérations de récolte, d’entretien et de plantation.

Vous travaillez en atelier et intervenez sur les lieux mêmes de la panne, dans les champs.

Vos missions

Maintenance curative et préventive

  • Effectuer une maintenance régulière et vérifier l’état du matériel avant son utilisation (fonctionnement, système d’éclairage et d’électricité, sécurité)
  • Identifier et diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et pannes, et définir les actions correctives immédiates
  • Décider de votre intervention (durées, moyens, degrés d’urgence) et communiquer rapidement auprès de votre responsable
  • Réaliser l’entretien courant (vidanges, changements de filtres) et tenir à jour les documents de suivi des matériels (livrets d’entretien)
  • Effectuer les contrôles post-réparations (visuel et test de bon fonctionnement) et faire le compte-rendu de votre intervention
  • Conduire les engins pour faire la mise au point du matériel neuf
  • Alerter sur une usure anormale constatée
  • Planifier les contrôles techniques
  • Proposer toutes améliorations d’équipement en les soumettant à votre responsable
  • En fin de saison, nettoyer, observer et démonter l’ensemble des machines, pièce par pièce, pour pouvoir réaliser toutes les vérifications nécessaires aux réglages

Gestion de l’atelier et des stocks

  • Indiquer les besoins en pièces et fournitures
  • Utiliser les outils et les matériels spécifiques de la maintenance industrielle
  • Entretenir les outils et les modifier éventuellement en vue d’améliorer leur utilisation
  • Nettoyer et ranger l’atelier

Qualité, hygiène, sécurité

  • Connaître, appliquer et faire appliquer les bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité
  • Respecter, faire respecter et appliquer les normes et procédures de l’entreprise
  • Informer votre responsable de tout problème pouvant représenter un risque pour la sécurité ou le bon fonctionnement des machines et de leurs équipements
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité dans votre environnement
  • Informer votre responsable de tous les problèmes pouvant représenter un risque pour vous-même, vos collègues de travail ou des personnes extérieures

Votre profil

  • Formation Bac pro à bac+2
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans

Savoirs et savoir-faire requis:

  • Connaissances dans les domaines mécanique, hydraulique, électrique, peinture et pneumatique des engins agricoles
  • Connaissances en matière d’informatique embarquée
  • Maîtrise des règles et consignes de sécurité
  • Habilitations et permis en lien avec votre activité
