Das sind DEINE Hauptaufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und sicherst durch deine professionelle Unterstützung eine langfristige Kundenbindung
  • Planung und Steuerung sämtlicher Einkaufsaktivitäten sowie Bearbeitung kleinerer Kundenanfragen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und Datenqualität
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Lieferungen aus aller Welt sowie Abwicklung von Direktbestellungen über unseren Shop
  • Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Ansprache von Leads durch Empfehlungen aus dem Customer Success Bereich und bei der Erstellung von Angeboten

Was DU mitbringen solltest

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Berufen
  • Erfahrungen in der Werbeartikelbranche sind wünschenswert
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1/C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)
  • Kenntnisse in Französisch und Spanisch sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und positives Auftreten
  • Strukturiertes Handeln und Organisationsgeschick sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Unternehmerische, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Startup-Mentalität
