  • Sichtbarkeit steigern: Du entwickelst die SEO-Performance unserer DACH-Shops weiter, in Suchmaschinen & KI-gestützten Suchsystemen
  • Umsatz ausbauen: Du bringst unsere Kategorie- & Produktseiten für die Suchanfragen nach vorn, die zu Anfragen & Bestellungen führen
  • Wirkung messen: Du identifizierst und priorisierst Potenziale, setzt Maßnahmen um und analysierst ihren Beitrag zu Traffic und Umsatz

Das sind DEINE Hauptaufgaben

  • SEO-Roadmap für die DACH-Shops entwickeln & priorisieren
  • Onpage- & technische SEO-Maßnahmen planen & umsetzen, inkl. Audits
  • Kategorie-, Produkt- & Ratgeberseiten sowie Blogartikel erstellen & auf Suchintention optimieren
  • Keyword- & Themenrecherche als Basis der Content-Planung & -Erstellung
  • Sichtbarkeit in KI-gestützten Suchsystemen (GEO) weiterentwickeln
  • Shop-Struktur, Navigation & interne Verlinkung optimieren
  • (Saisonale) Kampagnen & Aktionsflächen content-seitig aufsetzen & pflegen
  • SEO-& E-Commerce-KPIs auswerten & Maßnahmen ableiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech, Marketing, externen Dienstleistern & der SEO-Kollegin für den UK-Markt, inkl. gegenseitiger Vertretung

Was DU mitbringen solltest

  • Mind. 3 Jahre SEO-Erfahrung im E-Commerce, idealerweise im B2B
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung & Optimierung von SEO-Content, von Shoptexten bis zu Blogartikeln
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, um Suchintentionen & sprachliche Nuancen sicher beurteilen zu können
  • Gutes Englisch (mindestens B2) für die Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SEO-und Analyse-Tools sowie E-Commerce-Shopsystemen und grundlegende HTML-Kenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denken, strategisches Verständnis & die Bereitschaft, selbst umzusetzen

Wünschenswert

  • Erste Erfahrung mit GEO / KI-Suchsichtbarkeit
  • Erfahrung mit mehreren Länder-Shops oder DACH-Setups
