Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je zorgt voor een naadloze communicatie met interne en externe klanten over IT-oplossingen, met de nadruk op work force management.
  • Als belangrijk teamlid werk je in een team van consultants en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van klantspecifieke oplossingen binnen onze applicaties.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften en wensen van klanten met betrekking tot ons softwarepakket in hun specifieke klantomgeving.
  • Je wilt graag diepgaande ervaring opdoen in het configureren en testen van onze softwareoplossingen
  • Je ondersteunt presales-activiteiten door potentiële klanten te adviseren, technische concepten te ontwerpen, demonstraties te geven en technische vragen te beantwoorden om de toegevoegde waarde van onze oplossingen te communiceren.
  • Je neemt deel aan en beheert projecten, waarbij je samenwerkt met teamleden om doelen te bereiken en ervoor te zorgen dat financiële doelstellingen worden gehaald.
  • Je staat in voor het analyseren en oplossen van geëscaleerde tickets door het customer support team.

  • Je basis: Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT of een verwant vakgebied, met ervaring in een gestructureerde projectmanagementaanpak.
  • Je taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend Engels en Nederlands of Frans met een goede kennis van de andere taal; Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je IT-competenties: kennis en of ervaring met complexe IT omgevingen en ambitie om je te ontwikkelen op het gebied van 'Workforce Management'.
  • Je soft skills: Je beschikt over uitstekende teamwork- en communicatieve vaardigheden, een gedreven en nieuwsgierige instelling en het vermogen om te leren en je aan te passen aan nieuwe technologieën. Je bent zelfstandig, analytisch, zelfverzekerd en bereid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je taken.
