  • Champion a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Provide quality expertise and guidance across manufacturing, product development, and operational activities.

About You

You are a quality-focused engineering professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and driving results. With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you thrive in collaborative environments, take ownership of your work, and are committed to continuous improvement. You are motivated by delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality products while helping teams achieve operational and customer success.

You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical, industrial, or a related engineering discipline and bring at least four years of quality engineering or related experience in a manufacturing environment. Your background includes quality planning and improvement methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, process validation, or First Article Inspection (FAI), along with experience supporting quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
