Die Alleima GmbH mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden ist Teil der international erfolgreichen Alleima Gruppe, einem führenden Anbieter hochentwickelter Edelstahlprodukte, Speziallegierungen und industrieller Lösungen mit Sitz in Schweden. In Werther (Westf.) stellen wir mittels Umformtechniken nahtlose, kaltgefertigte Edelstahlrohre für Kunden u.a. aus den Branchen Luftfahrt, Automobilindustrie, Medizintechnik und erneuerbare Energien her.

Befristung: zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet; ggf. mit anschließender Verlängerung

Arbeitszeit: idealerweise bis zu 16h/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an spannenden OPEX- und Lean-Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Prozess- und Produktionskennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei 5S, Shopfloor Management, Wertstromanalysen und weiteren Lean-Aktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit bei Workshops sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Instandhaltung, Logistik und Engineering

Über Sie

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Produktionsmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Produktion bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an Operational Excellence, Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung sowie Projektmanagement
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
