PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Controlar acionamentos, carregamentos e veículos;
  • Prestar suporte operacional, mantendo relacionamento com motoristas e clientes;
  • Atualizar a planilha geral da operação, garantindo a conferência da posição dos veículos e alinhamento com o planejamento operacional;
  • Emitir ordens de coleta e realizar vinculações em portais;
  • Acompanhar adequações de carretas e movimentações de acordo com o planejamento;
  • Monitorar grupos operacionais, prestando suporte e retorno às demandas da operação;
  • Realizar créditos, controle e acompanhamento de pedágios;
  • Solicitar custos extras e acompanhar tratativas de pendências operacionais;
  • Orientar motoristas quanto às escalas, programação e atividades diárias;
  • Efetuar cadastros em plataformas de abastecimento;
  • Acompanhar a operação dos motoristas, atuando preventivamente no tratamento de desvios;
  • Alimentar grupos operacionais com informações relevantes e atualizações da operação;
  • Receber multas e documentos para coleta de assinaturas dos motoristas, realizando o devido encaminhamento ao RH;
  • Solicitar recargas e demais demandas operacionais necessárias;
  • Realizar quebra de manifesto conforme necessidade operacional;
  • Participar do revezamento de plantões operacionais.

REQUISITOS

✔ Experiência em transportadoras; ✔ Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de transporte (preferencialmente Rodopar); ✔ Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes; ✔ Perfil proativo, comprometido e com senso de responsabilidade; ✔ Disponibilidade para início imediato.

DIFERENCIAIS

Experiência com emissão de CT-e; Facilidade para atuar sob pressão; Agilidade na tomada de decisões; Boa comunicação interpessoal.

HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO

Segunda a sexta-feira: das 08:00 às 18 h00, com 1:30 hora de intervalo para refeição.

inicialmente, este será o horário de trabalho. No entanto, é importante possuir flexibilidade de horário, pois poderão ocorrer alterações na escala conforme a necessidade operacional.

Sábados: regime de revezamento

REMUNERAÇÃO

Salário: R$ 3.182,65 Benefício: Cartão benefício R$600,00 + Premiação por produtividade e performance
