PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

1. Gestão da operação logística a. Acompanhar pedidos desde faturamento até entrega ao cliente b. Monitorar prazos de entrega e atuar preventivamente em atrasos c. Garantir a correta expedição e envio dos pedidos

2. Transporte e distribuição a. Gestão e acompanhamento de transportadoras b. Suporte na roteirização e definição de fretes c. Atuação na resolução de ocorrências de entrega

3. Controle e indicadores a. Monitorar e analisar indicadores logísticos: = Prazo de entrega (SLA) = Ocorrências logísticas = Índice de erros operacionais b. Elaborar relatórios e análises para suporte à gestão

4. Interface com áreas internas a. Atuar junto ao Comercial, Produção e Faturamento b. Garantir alinhamento de informações e prazos c. Reduzir retrabalho e falhas operacionais

5. Melhoria contínua a. Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias b. Apoiar na padronização de processos c. Contribuir para aumento da eficiência operacional

Hibrído 3 vezes na semana presencial

Obrigatórios: 1. Experiência em logística, supply chain ou operações 2. Vivência com transporte, expedição ou distribuição 3. Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados 4. Organização e capacidade de gestão de múltiplas demandas 5. Excel intermediário/avançado

DESAFIOS DA POSIÇÃO 1. Conectar as áreas produção, comercial e atendimento a cliente 2. Atuar em uma operação em crescimento e transformação 3. Reduzir falhas e retrabalho logístico 4. Aumentar previsibilidade das entregas 5. Melhorar a experiência do cliente no pós-venda

INDICADORES DE SUCESSO = % de entregas no prazo = Redução de ocorrências logísticas = Tempo de resolução de problemas = Nível de retrabalho operacional = Eficiência no fluxo de pedidos

4. Diferenciais Desejáveis 1. Experiência em e-commerce ou indústria 2. Conhecimento em ERP (TOTVS, SAP, etc.) 3. Experiência com indicadores logísticos (SLA, OTIF, lead time) 4. Vivência com alto volume de pedidos
