Geef kinderen met een complexe zorgvraag een veilige plek om op te groeien. Wil jij werken op een plek waar jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid écht het verschil maken?

Waar ga je werken?

Met je collega’s geef je de kinderen een veilige en voorspelbare omgeving. Je leert hoe je rustig blijft bij lastig gedrag en hoe je de-escalerende technieken inzet. Ook begeleiden we steeds meer in groepsvorm, waarbij jouw initiatief en ideeën welkom zijn. Je krijgt tijd voor je eigen groei. Dat kan via coaching of trainingen, zoals weerbaarheid, Triple-C of het werken met prikkelverwerking. We werken met vroege en late diensten. Elke twee weken werk je in het weekend. We hebben meerdere locaties in Drachten. Samen met jou kijken we welke locatie en doelgroep het beste bij jou past.

Wat ga je doen?

Als pedagogisch begeleider bied je samen met het team zorg, structuur en veiligheid. Je zorgt voor een dagprogramma dat voorspelbaar én stimulerend is. Verder:

  • Maak je rapportages en zorgt voor een goede overdracht
  • Werk je samen met gedragsdeskundigen, scholen en andere betrokkenen
  • Bedenkt en organiseer je activiteiten die passen bij de ontwikkeling van de kinderen
  • Ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ouders, verwanten en behandelaren.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bewaart de rust in onverwachte situaties. Je biedt structuur, ook als de situatie uitdagend is. Volgens de Triple-C methodiek is het daarbij belangrijk dat je ook beschikt over de 6 competenties doorzettingsvermogen, zelfreflectie, sensitiviteit, weerbaar, zelfvertrouwen en lerend vermogen. Verder:

  • Heb je een zorgopleiding op minimaal mbo niveau 4 afgerond
  • Kun je onregelmatige diensten werken
  • Beschik je over een SKJ-registratie.

Wat krijg je van ons?

We hebben veel aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Daarom kun je o.a. gebruik maken van de online leeromgeving van GoodHabitz, waarin je ruime keuze hebt uit diverse online trainingen. Daarnaast ontvang je:

  • Een goed salaris van max. € 3.825,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 40 conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg)
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 32 uur bij Alliade
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, reizen met het ov wordt volledig vergoed
