Waar ga je werken?

Op Ieleane 18 bieden we een huiselijke sfeer aan onze cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende problematiek zoals autisme, epilepsie en Parkinson. We bieden verzorging en begeleiding bij wonen en dagbesteding, waarbij we met een positieve en geduldige benadering de zelfstandigheid van onze cliënten stimuleren. De locatie beschikt over een ruime, beschutte tuin en bevindt zich in een gezellige woonwijk waar onze cliënten gebruik kunnen maken van de lokale voorzieningen.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met een team van enthousiaste collega’s zorg je, met oog voor het individu, voor het juiste leefklimaat voor de cliënten. De woongroep is opgesplitst over twee woonkamers. Dit doe je door je te verdiepen in de situatie van de cliënt en speelt actief in op zijn ondersteuningsvragen. Ook schrijf je rapportages die gericht zijn op het behandelplannen en de dagelijkse overdracht aan collega’s. Verder:

  • Voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit die passen binnen je bevoegdheid
  • Ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor familie, behandelaars en externe partijen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een enthousiaste collega die toegankelijk is, open communiceert over verwachtingen en bedoelingen en keuzes durft te maken. Je houdt je aan afgesproken procedures en staat open voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Ook ben je gericht op een goede samenwerking met collega’s. Verder beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde zorgopleiding op mbo-niveau 4
  • Kennis van de LACCS methode is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Wat krijg je van ons?

We hebben veel aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Daarom kun je o.a. gebruik maken van de online leeromgeving van GoodHabitz, waarin je ruime keuze hebt uit diverse online trainingen. Daarnaast ontvang je:

  • Een goed salaris van max. € 3.980,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 40 conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg)
  • Direct een vast contract bij Alliade voor 24 tot 28 uur
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, reizen met het ov wordt volledig vergoed
