Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat werken op een sfeervolle locatie, centraal gelegen in een woonwijk in Heerenveen. Deze ideale ligging maakt ons een vertrouwd adres voor buurtbewoners, die graag aansluiten bij gezellige activiteiten of genieten van een maaltijd in ons eigen restaurant. Wij bieden 24-uurszorg aan ouderen met psychogeriatrische, somatische, dubbelzorg- en GGZ-indicaties. Ons team zet zich in om bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen regie te laten behouden, met zorg op maat, een kleinschalige aanpak en persoonlijk contact.

Ons team bestaat uit woonleefassistenten, zorgondersteuners, verzorgenden IG, verpleegkundigen, zorgcoördinatoren, behandelaren en een welzijnscoach. Met de nieuwste zorgtechnologie bieden we bewoners meer vrijheid en veiligheid, terwijl we tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van zorg naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Wat ga je doen?

Met jouw aandacht en vakkennis maak je elke dag het verschil. Je denkt actief mee over hoe de zorg nog beter kan en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit binnen jouw bevoegdheden. Je begeleidt stagiaires en leerlingen en werkt mee aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van het zorgleefplan. Dankzij jouw expertise weet je precies wat bewoners nodig hebben en creëer je een veilige en prettige leefomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde professional die positieve energie meebrengt. Je inspireert collega’s, werkt graag samen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de zorg. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding tot verzorgende IG. Heb je een afgeronde zorgopleiding op niveau 2? Dan nodigen wij je ook uit om te reageren. We hebben ook regelmatig ruimte voor zorgondersteuners op onze locatie.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een goed salaris van max.€ 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 35 conform CAO VVT)
  • Een vast contract voor 16 tot 32 uur per week
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, waarbij ov volledig wordt vergoed
