Ben jij op je best in de nacht? Met jouw aandacht en zorg voelen bewoners zich veilig en geborgen. Jij zorgt voor rust, vertrouwen en ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is.

Waar ga je werken?

Onze locatie is een zelfstandige en karaktervolle woonzorglocatie waar ruimte is voor 23 bewoners. Onze bewoners wonen hier in een kleinschalige, huiselijke omgeving waar de zorg nauw aansluit op hun persoonlijke behoeften. Puccini State is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk en dicht bij de natuur. De locatie is ruim opgezet, praktisch ingericht en voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten. Zo creëren wij voor mensen met een speciale zorgbehoefte een fijne en veilige plek die echt voelt als thuis.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners ’s nachts de zorg en aandacht krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Met jouw alertheid en betrokkenheid bied je een veilige, rustige omgeving. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit binnen jouw bevoegdheden en signaleert en rapporteert bijzonderheden aan collega’s en andere disciplines. Je hebt een belangrijke rol tijdens de nachten. Je werkt vooral nachtdiensten, met incidentele inzet op andere diensten.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een enthousiaste en betrokken zorgprofessional met hart voor de ouderenzorg. Tijdens de nachtdienst ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorg je voor rust, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Dankzij jouw ervaring met bewoners met dementie of Alzheimer herken je hun behoeften en speel je hier op een passende manier op in. Verder:

  • Beschik je over een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Verzorgende IG.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een goed salaris van max.€ 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 35 conform CAO VVT)
  • Een vast contract voor 20 tot 32 uur per week
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, waarbij ov volledig wordt vergoed
