Becario/a de Ingeniería de Procesos – Evoluciones Producto/Proceso en Vida Serie

🌟 Descripción de la beca

Buscamos un/a estudiante en prácticas con ganas de aprender, capacidad de análisis e interés por los procesos industriales para incorporarse al equipo de Ingeniería de Procesos de Montaje.

Participarás en actividades relacionadas con la gestión de evoluciones producto/proceso durante la vida serie de un vehículo, colaborando en el análisis, validación e implantación de modificaciones que permitan garantizar la calidad del producto y asegurar que los cambios introducidos no generen impacto en la producción.

Trabajarás junto a preparadores, ingenieros de proceso y equipos de fabricación, participando en el seguimiento de ensayos industriales y en la mejora continua de los procesos de montaje.

🎯 Lo que aprenderás

  • Seguimiento de ensayos industriales de montaje junto a los equipos de fabricación.
  • Análisis de la implantación de modificaciones de producto durante la vida serie del vehículo.
  • Actualización y modificación de fichas de operación de proceso.
  • Identificación y seguimiento de riesgos de calidad asociados a cambios de producto o proceso.
  • Estudio de soluciones provisionales ante incidencias de calidad y búsqueda de alternativas de mejora.
  • Participación en la validación de modificaciones directamente en línea de fabricación.
  • Colaboración con equipos de Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería y Proyecto.
  • Aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua en entornos industriales.

🧩 Requisitos

  • Estar cursando o haber finalizado un grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Automoción, Organización Industrial o similar.
  • Interés por los procesos de fabricación y montaje de vehículos.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de actividades.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proactividad y facilidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Adaptación a entornos industriales.
