Contexte et environnement de travail

Vous souhaitez découvrir la logistique industrielle et contribuer concrètement à l’amélioration de son organisation ?

Rejoignez les équipes Logistique Manutention du site Renault ElectriCity de Ruitz. Dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue du service, vous participerez à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des standards de travail afin de formaliser les processus et de garantir leur bonne application sur le terrain.

Vos missions

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur et en lien direct avec les équipes opérationnelles, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Observer les activités réalisées sur le terrain ;
  • Analyser les pratiques et les différentes étapes des processus logistiques ;
  • Recueillir les bonnes pratiques auprès des équipes ;
  • Identifier les écarts et les possibilités d’amélioration ;
  • Rédiger de nouveaux standards de travail ;
  • Mettre à jour et harmoniser les standards existants ;
  • Créer des supports visuels simples, clairs et accessibles aux équipes ;
  • Participer au déploiement des standards auprès des collaborateurs ;
  • Vérifier leur bonne compréhension et leur application sur le terrain ;
  • Proposer des améliorations permettant de pérenniser les nouvelles pratiques.

Cette mission vous permettra de développer vos compétences en logistique industrielle, analyse de processus, communication visuelle et amélioration continue.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous préparez idéalement l’une des formations suivantes :

  • BTS Gestion des transports et logistique associée ;
  • BUT Management de la logistique et des transports ;
  • Licence professionnelle Logistique ou Supply Chain ;
  • Ou toute autre formation équivalente.

Vous êtes :

  • À l’aise sur le terrain et dans les échanges avec les équipes ;
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et méthodique ;
  • Doté(e) de bonnes capacités d’observation et d’analyse ;
  • Capable de synthétiser et de formaliser des informations ;
  • À l’aise dans la rédaction de documents et la création de supports visuels ;
  • Autonome, curieux(se) et force de proposition ;
  • Capable de travailler en équipe.

Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Word, Excel et PowerPoint, sera appréciée.

Site peu desservi par les transports en commun, notamment en horaires 2x8 : une solution de mobilité autonome est recommandée

Votre objectif

Contribuer à la formalisation et à la pérennisation des méthodes de travail du service Logistique Manutention, grâce à des standards clairs, visuels et facilement applicables par les équipes.
