Contexte et environnement de travail :

Vous souhaitez découvrir les métiers des Relations Écoles et participer activement au recrutement et à l’intégration des jeunes talents ?

Rejoignez Renault ElectriCity Douai, l’un des sites industriels majeurs du Groupe Renault dédié à la production de véhicules électriques.

Intégré(e) au service Relations Écoles, vous contribuerez à l’organisation et au suivi des campagnes de recrutement des apprentis et des stagiaires. Vous participerez également aux actions menées auprès des établissements scolaires pour faire découvrir nos métiers, notre environnement industriel et nos opportunités.

Vos missions :

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

  • Accompagner le déploiement de la campagne d’apprentissage ;
  • Assurer le suivi des différentes étapes de la campagne de recrutement des apprentis ;
  • Mettre à jour les outils et tableaux de bord permettant de suivre les candidatures et les recrutements ;
  • Participer à l’organisation et à l’animation des forums écoles, salons et événements de recrutement ;
  • Préparer les supports nécessaires aux présentations et aux interventions auprès des établissements scolaires ;
  • Contribuer à la valorisation des métiers, des parcours et des opportunités proposés par l’entreprise ;
  • Organiser, gérer et piloter l’accueil des stagiaires de seconde ;
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les établissements scolaires, les managers et les différents interlocuteurs internes ;
  • Préparer les programmes, documents et supports nécessaires au bon déroulement des stages ;
  • Participer à l’accueil, à l’information et au suivi des stagiaires et des apprentis ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des actions du service Relations Écoles.

Cette expérience vous permettra de développer vos compétences en gestion de projet, recrutement, communication, organisation d’événements et relations avec les établissements scolaires.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous recherchez un stage dans le cadre de votre 1re année de BUT.

Vous êtes organisé(e), dynamique et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et Word.

Votre créativité, votre rigueur et votre intérêt pour les ressources humaines, la communication et l’événementiel seront de véritables atouts pour réussir cette mission.
