Votre environnement :

La simulation numérique joue un rôle clé dans le développement de nos organes mécanique en permettant d'anticiper les contraintes (thermique, mécanique...) qu'ils subissent. En cela, elle rend possible la réduction des délais de développement. C'est le levier principal d'amélioration de l'efficacité de l'Ingénierie.

La Direction de l'Ingénierie de Renault Group recherche, dans le cadre d’un stage BAC+5, son(sa) futur(e) stagiaire en modélisation d’assemblages frettés appliquée aux machines électriques.

Le poste est basé à Guyancourt (France) en stage de 5 ou 6 mois.

Vos missions :

Vous étudierez la modélisation mécanique d’assemblages frettés en tenant compte d’un défaut de forme des pièces en contact. Du fait de la nature aléatoire de ces défauts, vous proposerez une méthode robuste permettant d’identifier les paramètres influents et vous génèrerez une surface type afin d’accroitre la précision des modèles actuellement utilisés.

Vous réaliserez des simulations numériques thermomécaniques 3D dans le respect des standards métier.

Vous proposerez une méthode permettant de générer une surface type représentative du défaut rencontré.

Vous analyserez les résultats obtenus et les synthétiserez dans un document.

Vous réaliserez des études de sensibilité afin de déceler des tendances sur les opérations de frettage.

Vous contribuerez au développement des méthodes de calculs.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes issu d'une école d’ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialisation en mécanique des structures.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en méthode des éléments finis (dimensionnement des structures), en contact et en analyse d’états de surface. Des connaissances en thermique seront appréciées.

Vous êtes autonome et avez une grande capacité d’analyse. Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’esprit de synthèse.

Vous avez un attrait pour la simulation numérique éléments finis (ex. : Abaqus, ANSA/META)
