Votre environnement :

La simulation numérique joue un rôle clé dans le développement de nos organes mécanique en permettant d'anticiper les contraintes (thermique, mécanique...) qu'ils subissent. En cela, elle rend possible la réduction des délais de développement. C'est le levier principal d'amélioration de l'efficacité de l'Ingénierie.

La Direction de l'Ingénierie de Renault Group recherche, dans le cadre d’un stage BAC+5, son(sa) futur(e) stagiaire en simulation vibratoire des batteries.

Le poste est basé à Guyancourt (France) en stage de 5 ou 6 mois.

Vos missions :

Rattaché à l’équipe dimensionnement fiabilité mécanique, votre travail portera sur des simulations vibratoires de batteries. A cette fin, vous serez amené à :

  • Analyser des résultats d’essais véhicule afin d’obtenir des signaux d’entrée pour des simulations.
  • Réaliser des simulations dynamiques par éléments finis de l’ensemble véhicule et batterie pour 2 types de chargement : signaux issus d’un roulage numérique ou d’un essai physique sur véhicule.
  • En déduire les dommages en fatigue pour ces 2 types de chargements.
  • Analyser les résultats obtenus et les synthétiser dans un document.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes issu d'une école d’ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialisation en mécanique et dynamique des structures.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique des milieux continus (dimensionnement des structures) et de la méthode des éléments finis.

Vous êtes autonome et avez une grande capacité d’analyse. Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’esprit de synthèse.

Vous avez un attrait pour la simulation numérique FEM (ex. : Abaqus, Nastran, ANSA/META)
