Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous serez suivi par le service Emploi, compétences et Politiques Jeunes et plus particulièrement au sein des relations écoles et de la marque employeur de Renault.

L'équipe simulation usages clients du Groupe Moto Propulseur (GMP) intervient sur le dimensionnement de l'ensemble des organes électrifiés (e-powertrain, batterie et sous-ensembles) en se concentrant sur les aspects de prestations tels que l'agrément, la performance, la dépollution, l'acoustique, ainsi que la fiabilité et la durabilité. Dans ce cadre, l'équipe réalise des simulations et des traitements statistiques sur un grand nombre de véhicules et de kilomètres de roulage mesurés afin d'assurer la robustesse de nos calculs d'ingénierie vis-à-vis de l'usage en clientèle.

Objectifs de stage L’objectif principal du stage est d’étudier et développer des approches de complétion de données multimodale pour le diagnostic de véhicules électriques dans des contextes de modalités manquantes ou incertaines. En pratique, les données issues des différents capteurs embarqués ne sont pas toujours disponibles simultanément : certaines modalités peuvent être absentes, dégradées ou incomplètes selon les conditions d’acquisition ou les contraintes opérationnelles. Le stage visera à explorer des méthodes récentes de complétion de données multimodale permettant de reconstruire ou d'estimer les modalités manquantes à partir des modalités disponibles. Une attention particulière sera portée à la prise en compte de l'incertitude associée à ces reconstructions afin d'améliorer la robustesse et la fiabilité des modèles de diagnostic. L'objectif est également de quantifier l'impact des mécanismes de complétion et d'estimation d'incertitude sur la qualité des prédictions.

Vos missions • Revue de l’état de l’art sur la complétion multimodale et les modalités manquantes en apprentissage multimodal. • Étude des différentes stratégies de reconstruction de modalités manquantes. • Implémentation et évaluation de modèles de complétion multimodale. • Intégration de mécanismes de quantification de l’incertitude dans les modèles étudiés. • Analyse comparative des performances dans différents scénarios de modalités manquantes. • Validation expérimentale sur des données réelles issues de véhicules électriques. • Rédaction d’un rapport technique et présentation des résultats.

Qui êtes-vous ?

• Vous êtes étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieurs ou de Master 2 (Bac+5) en Data Science, Intelligence Artificielle.

• Vous êtes spécialisé(e) en data science et modélisation numérique.

• Vous êtes reconnu(e) par vos bonnes connaissances en machine learning, en programmation Python et SQL, également par votre capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous êtes curieux/se, autonome, rigueur/se et avoir un esprit critique.
