Wir sind eine Unternehmensberatung im HR-IT-Umfeld. Unsere Projekte drehen sich um die Mitarbeiter:innen im Unternehmen – vom Recruiting über Performance und Target Management bis hin zu Learning Management unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl der richtigen Software für ihre HR-Prozesse und begleiten sie anschließend bei der Digitalisierung. Dabei verbinden wir strategische Expertise mit praxisnahen Lösungen und sorgen dafür, dass Technologie echten Mehrwert für Menschen und Unternehmen schafft.

Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing einer modernen HR-IT-Unternehmensberatung sammeln und gleichzeitig in die spannende Welt von HR, Digitalisierung und Software eintauchen? Du interessierst Dich für Content, digitale Marketingstrategien und moderne Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Bei uns arbeitest Du nicht nur Aufgaben ab – Du gestaltest aktiv mit. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir unsere Marketingaktivitäten weiter, stärken unsere Marke und machen unsere Expertise im HR-Tech-Markt sichtbar. Dabei übernimmst Du früh Verantwortung, arbeitest eng mit unserem Consulting-Team zusammen und kannst Deine Ideen direkt einbringen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst kreative Marketingmaßnahmen für LinkedIn, unsere Website, Newsletter und weitere digitale Kanäle.
  • Du erstellst zielgruppengerechten Content und unterstützt den Ausbau unserer Marke sowie unseres Employer Brandings.
  • Du arbeitest mit HubSpot und unterstützt uns bei Marketing Automation und der Umsetzung von Kampagnen.
  • Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools, um Inhalte zu erstellen, Ideen zu entwickeln und Marketingprozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Du analysierst Marketingmaßnahmen, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und unterstützt bei Events und weiteren Projekten.

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit:

  • Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang.
  • Du interessierst Dich für Marketing, Digitalisierung und moderne Technologien.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit HubSpot oder einem vergleichbaren CRM-Tool.
  • Interesse daran, moderne KI-Tools in der täglichen Arbeit einzusetzen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
