Giám sát và kiểm soát chi phí chung của công tác bảo trì hệ thống Cơ điện.

Thực hiện các cuộc kiểm tra chung của hệ thống Cơ điện, khu vực các phòng máy và các cuộc kiểm tra bảo trì phòng ngừa bao gồm cả việc lên lịch cho tất cả các công việc này.

Giám sát Tình trạng Bảo trì Phòng ngừa hiệu quả về chi phí.

Giám sát hoạt động và bảo trì hàng ngày của các hệ thống Cơ điện trong tòa nhà, phòng, đồ đạc, công trình.

Giám sát và phối hợp với các nhà thầu khi thi công, sửa chữa và đảm bảo đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn phù hợp.

Thực hiện việc sửa chữa cho các hệ thống Báo cháy, Camera, hệ thống chữa cháy, hệ thống kiểm soát ra vào, hệ thống nhạc nền, thiết bị âm thanh ánh sáng, hệ thống xử lý nước sinh hoạt, hệ thống điện.

Đảm bảo có đủ hàng tồn kho và vật liệu trong Kho để xử lý các công việc liên quan và tất cả các phòng máy đều được giữ trong môi trường sạch sẽ và an toàn.

Hỗ trợ, tham gia vào Kế hoạch và Hoạt động Chiến lược của bộ phận.

Báo cáo công việc tuần và tháng.

Chịu trách nhiệm về vệ sinh của các xưởng/phòng máy.

Chuẩn bị các báo cáo Kỹ thuật (nếu có) theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc Kỹ thuật/ADOE.

Thường xuyên liên lạc với Giám đốc Kỹ thuật/ADOE về khối lượng công việc và tồn đọng của Phòng Kỹ thuật bao gồm các ưu tiên và kế hoạch của bộ phận, đề xuất các biện pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả và tiết kiệm chi phí.

Thực hiện kiểm tra dụng cụ, tài sản định kỳ để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các cơ sở vật chất đều hoạt động theo tiêu chuẩn.

Khi cần thiết có thể thay đổi ca làm việc để hoàn thành các công việc.
