Als Head of IT (m/w/d) gestaltest du die digitale Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und schaffst die technologischen Voraussetzungen für effiziente Prozesse, fundierte Entscheidungen und zukunftsfähige Geschäftsmodelle. Du sorgst für eine integrierte, sichere und leistungsfähige System- und Datenlandschaft, treibst die Nutzung von KI und Automatisierung voran und stellst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung, den Fachbereichen und externen Partnern den nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg sicher.

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für ERP- und zentrale Business-Applikationen einschließlich BI, CRM, Data Warehouse und E-Commerce
  • Weiterentwicklung einer integrierten, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen System- und Datenlandschaft
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister bei Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Systeme
  • Umsetzung von Applikationsprojekten, Digitalisierungsinitiativen und KI-gestützten Automatisierungen
  • Sicherstellung von Systemstabilität, Datenqualität, IT-Security sowie der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Governance-Anforderungen intern oder in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, externem IT-Berater und Fachbereichen zur Priorisierung und Umsetzung strategischer IT-Themen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Management, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise BI- und Data-Warehouse-Systemen sowie CRM- und E‑Commerce-Plattformen.
  • Verständnis für die Ausgestaltung von IT-Systemen, Datenbasis und Security um KI-Anwendungsfälle aufzusetzen und zu skalieren.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der praktischen Einführung KI-gestützter Lösungen und Automatisierungen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Datenschutz- und Governance-Anforderungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 von Vorteil (Intune, Entra, Sharepoint).
