Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst, prüfst, verbuchst und archivierst Eingangsrechnungen.
  • Du ordnest Rechnungen Kostenstellen, Sachkonten und Steuermerkmalen zu.
  • Du unterstützt beim Abgleich von Zahlungseingängen, offenen Forderungen und Zahlungsinformationen.
  • Du verbuchst tägliche Kontobewegungen und hilfst bei der Kontenabstimmung.
  • Du unterstützt bei Bestellungen, Lieferantenunterlagen und der Dokumentation von Einkaufsprozessen.
  • Du wirkst bei der Planung und Koordination von Produktionsaufträgen mit.
  • Du pflegst produktionsrelevante Daten, überwachst Materialverfügbarkeiten und bereitest Übersichten vor.
  • Du unterstützt die Abstimmung zwischen Einkauf, Produktion und Finance.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikuliert, idealerweise in BWL, Accounting, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du interessierst dich für kaufmännische Abläufe, Zahlen und operative Unternehmensprozesse.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Zusammenhänge zwischen Accounting, Einkauf und Produktion zu verstehen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Du gehst sicher mit größeren Datenmengen und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben um.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Buchhaltung, Einkauf, Logistik oder Produktionsplanung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
