MISIÓN

Asegurar el cumplimiento de GMP’s en las operaciones de control de calidad de microbiología y realizar la aprobación técnica de cada análisis.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Aprobar los certificados analíticos de la monitorización microbiológica ambiental de las salas de producción y de los fluidos (agua purificada, aire comprimido, nitrógeno, etc.)
  • Creación y modificación de métodos de análisis.
  • Cualificación, calibración y mantenimiento de instrumentación de laboratorio.
  • Gestión de patrones de referencia
  • Revisión y aprobación de protocolos e informes de validación y transferencias de métodos de análisis.
  • Diseño, creación y modificación de métodos de análisis.
  • Validación y transferencias de métodos de análisis.
  • Creación, modificación y mantenimiento Schedule LIMS (aguas, aire, nitrógeno, salas, instrumentos…)
  • Gestión de la preparación y control de medios de Cultivo.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA

  • Estudios en Biología o similar
  • Experiencia de entre 1 a 2 años en Microbiologia. Se valora positivamente experiencia en sectores farma o afines
