KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Warehouse Leadership Lead the end-to-end development of the Group Data Warehouse from the ground up by translating business requirements into scalable data architecture and reporting structures. Work closely with technical teams to define and refine data models, ensuring they accurately reflect business requirements and minimize downstream reporting gaps. Prioritize high-impact business use cases to shape the Data Warehouse roadmap and deliver measurable value at an early stage. Oversee the design and validation of data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and usability for reporting and analytics. Manage technical resources and drive project timelines, delivery quality, and successful implementation of the Data Warehouse. Dashboard Development & Reporting Own the design, development, and delivery of Group-level dashboards and reporting systems for senior management and the Board of Directors. Establish and standardize KPI frameworks, performance scorecards, and reporting templates across subsidiaries. Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with agreed data definitions and governance standards. Continuously improve dashboards and reports based on leadership feedback to enhance clarity, usability, and business relevance. Data Governance & Standardization Work closely with the relevant Group function to develop a Group-wide data governance framework covering data ownership, definitions, access policies, and quality standards. Drive consistency across subsidiaries by standardizing KPI definitions, data structures, and reporting frequencies. Ensure data governance principles are incorporated into both system architecture and reporting processes across the Group. Business Insights & Performance Management Analyze Group-wide business performance to identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, presenting clear and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Translate complex data into practical and actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Squad Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and coordinate data teams across subsidiaries to ensure alignment and effective execution of Group-wide data initiatives. Manage collaboration among business teams, internal Group functions, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated data solutions. Proactively identify and escalate project risks, blockers, and resource constraints to senior leadership to support timely project delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related area, with hands-on involvement in a Data Warehouse implementation from requirements gathering and design through development and go-live. Experience working within a holding company, multi-entity organization, or diversified business group, with the ability to manage complex requirements across different business models and stakeholder groups. Strong proficiency in Power BI or an equivalent BI platform, with the ability to independently develop and maintain production-level dashboards. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into clear and actionable business insights, together with a solid understanding of forecasting, performance monitoring, and management reporting across diversified business portfolios. Strong SQL skills and practical knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, with the ability to actively contribute to architecture discussions and challenge data design decisions from a business perspective. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with a self-driven working style and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
