ACG_3897_JOB Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization. Develop and execute overall strategies for the company’s cross-border e-commerce business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market expansion plans. Take ownership of key business performance indicators, including sales revenue, profitability, ROI, and overall business results. Develop product strategies based on the company’s existing portfolio and priority target markets. Build and lead the cross-border e-commerce team, including setting team objectives, establishing performance evaluation frameworks, and developing appropriate incentive mechanisms. Identify and develop key talent while continuously improving the team’s execution capability and overall business performance. Conduct market research covering the Vietnamese market, customer demand, competitors, and relevant industry trends. Lead product selection, pricing, differentiation strategies, and product lifecycle management. Use market feedback and business data to continuously optimize and improve products, strengthening market competitiveness and profit margins. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or another relevant discipline. At least 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, including a minimum of 2 years in a team management position. Experience building a cross-border e-commerce business or team from the ground up is highly preferred. Strong understanding of end-to-end cross-border e-commerce business models and operational processes. Strong data analysis and business management capabilities, with the ability to identify issues through data and develop effective solutions. Good market awareness and sound judgment regarding the Vietnamese market, customer needs, and industry trends. Strong capabilities in team building, talent development, target setting, and performance management. Excellent cross-functional communication, resource coordination, and project execution skills. Results-oriented, with the ability to perform under significant pressure and lead the team toward business objectives. Good English communication, reading, and writing skills. Chinese proficiency is considered an advantage. Experience working with target markets such as North America, Europe, or Southeast Asia is preferred.
