Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và cải tiến hệ thống quy trình, chính sách kế toán và kiểm soát nội bộ phù hợp với hoạt động kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp. Trực tiếp phụ trách các vấn đề liên quan đến thuế, kiểm toán và quyết toán; làm việc với cơ quan thuế, đơn vị kiểm toán, ngân hàng và các đối tác liên quan. Tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo về chính sách kế toán, phương án tuân thủ và tối ưu hóa thuế theo quy định hiện hành. Tham gia đánh giá các hoạt động đầu tư, cung cấp góc nhìn chuyên môn về kế toán, tài chính và những rủi ro liên quan. Chủ trì triển khai, vận hành và liên tục cải tiến hệ thống ERP, hướng tới chuẩn hóa dữ liệu và nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị kế toán. Phối hợp, tư vấn cho các phòng ban về nghiệp vụ kế toán, thuế và các yêu cầu báo cáo. Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ kế toán, đảm bảo chất lượng chuyên môn và hiệu suất làm việc. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, trong đó ít nhất 5 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí Kế toán trưởng hoặc vai trò tương đương. Có nền tảng vững chắc về kế toán tổng hợp, lập và kiểm soát báo cáo tài chính, quản lý thuế và hệ thống kiểm soát kế toán. Am hiểu các chuẩn mực kế toán, quy định pháp luật về thuế và những yêu cầu tuân thủ trong hoạt động doanh nghiệp. Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các phần mềm kế toán và hệ thống ERP; ưu tiên ứng viên từng tham gia triển khai, nâng cấp hoặc tối ưu hệ thống kế toán doanh nghiệp. Có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng theo quy định; ACCA, CPA hoặc chứng chỉ chuyên môn quốc tế tương đương là lợi thế. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ, xây dựng quy trình và phối hợp với các bên liên quan như cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng và đối tác.
