ACG_3099_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. English Version Receive purchase requests from departments, develop purchasing plans, and generate purchase orders using the ERP system. Ensure purchase orders are promptly sent to suppliers with accurate details on goods/services, quantities, technical specifications, approved prices, delivery methods, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Liaise with suppliers regarding products/services, pricing, delivery timelines, delivery methods, and payment conditions; submit proposals for price and supplier approval following the company's internal procedures. Manage the timely arrival of goods as required by departments; create goods receipt orders on ERP and communicate delivery information to warehouse and requesting departments prior to goods arrival (for imported items, the logistics department will notify warehouse and relevant departments). Guarantee accuracy and timeliness of import documentation; forward documents to logistics for insurance and customs clearance; track goods arrival progress at the warehouse. Compile payment documentation (invoices, warehouse receipts, debt reconciliations, LC requests, etc.) and submit payment requests to accounting in accordance with company policy. Source and develop new suppliers, goods, and services according to requests from departments, sales, and production plans. Coordinate with requesting departments to monitor progress of goods and services. Collaborate with warehouse and requesting teams to resolve issues related to delivery, packaging, labeling, and packing specifications to ensure suppliers meet on-time delivery commitments. Work closely with Quality Control to address quality issues with goods/services. Partner with production, technical, and QC departments to resolve production issues related to purchased goods/services. Coordinate improvements and new product development with the technical department. Manage supplier capacity and propose necessary adjustments to direct management to meet production plans. Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Provide regular reports to the direct manager. Đảm bảo bộ chứng từ nhập khẩu chính xác, kịp thời; chuyển chứng từ cho bộ phận logistics để mua bảo hiểm và làm thủ tục hải quan; theo dõi tiến độ hàng về kho. Tổng hợp bộ chứng từ thanh toán (hóa đơn, phiếu nhập kho, đối chiếu công nợ, yêu cầu mở thư tín dụng...) và lập đề nghị thanh toán gửi kế toán theo quy định của công ty. Tìm kiếm và phát triển nhà cung cấp, sản phẩm/dịch vụ mới theo yêu cầu từ các phòng ban, kế hoạch sản xuất và bán hàng. Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến giao nhận, bao bì, tem nhãn, quy cách đóng gói nhằm đảm bảo cam kết giao hàng đúng hạn của nhà cung cấp. Làm việc với bộ phận QC để giải quyết các vấn đề chất lượng hàng hóa/dịch vụ. Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, kỹ thuật và QC để khắc phục các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất liên quan đến hàng hóa/dịch vụ mua sắm. Hỗ trợ bộ phận kỹ thuật trong việc cải tiến sản phẩm/dịch vụ và phát triển sản phẩm mới. Quản lý công nợ và thanh toán kịp thời cho nhà cung cấp phối hợp cùng kế toán. Quản lý năng lực các nhà cung cấp do phụ trách; đề xuất điều chỉnh phù hợp nhằm đáp ứng kế hoạch sản xuất. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý phân công. Báo cáo công việc trực tiếp cho quản lý. Requirements English Version University degree in foreign languages, economics, import-export, or engineering. Over one year of experience in purchasing for both domestic and imported goods. Knowledgeable in import-export procedures; proficient in English or Chinese. Skilled in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and ERP systems. Strong coordination and logical thinking abilities. Agile, hardworking, able to work effectively in a team, and eager to learn. Vietnamese Version Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành ngoại ngữ, kinh tế, xuất nhập khẩu hoặc kỹ thuật.
